alt SHINee is a five-member Korean boy band that debuted on May 25, 2008. They were formed under S.M. Entertainment who is well known for the hot groups, DBSK, Super Junior, and SNSD. SHINee debuted with the song "Replay." They have won numerous awards and are known for their unique fashion style. SHINee had their own reality show called SHINee YunHaNam with all five members trying to win the hearts of noonas which is based on their debut song.

alt Lee Jinki/Onew // Born December 14, 1989
The leader and oldest member of the group. He was discovered at the 2006 S.M. Academy Casting. He has collaborated with Lee Hyun Ji for "Vanilla Love" and with SNSD's Jessica for "Onew Year Later." He has a habit of killing the mood which is the basis for the nickname of "Onew's Condition." His nickname is "Tofu" or "Dubu."

He's the main vocalist of the group. He was discovered at the 2005 S.M.Academy Casting. He collaborated with Zhang Liyin for her song "Wrongly Given Love" for her debut Chinese album. His nickname is "Bling Bling."

He is the vocalist and one of the rappers. He was discovered at the 2005 S.M. National Tour Audition Casting. He was a part of Super Junior's "Wonder Boy" MV as a backup dancer and Super Junior's movie, Attack on the Pin-Up Boys. Key was also featured in DBSK's Xiah's solo song, "Xiahtic." Key studied in America. Key is often teased to be the "mother" of the group because of how he looks after Taemin and for his cooking skills.

He is the rapper of the group and was discovered at the 2006 S.M. Casting System. He was featured in SNSD's MV for "Gee." His nickname is "Flaming Charisma."
alt Lee Taemin // Born born July 18, 1993
Taemin is the main dancer of the group and was discovered at the 2005 S.M. Open Weekend Audition Casting. Because of his young age, the members treat him like he's their son. He is the first SHINee member to act. Taemin had his debut acting role in the sitcom, Taehee, Hyegyo, Jihyun.
